“Epigentics and Health” Conference held at Toivonlinna, the “Castle of Hope”. On the coast of the Baltic Sea near Turku, Finland. Dr. Youngberg will present 11 hours of english lectures translated into Finish by a local physician. The focus will be on recognizing our “exposome” – all the lifestyle and environmental factors that contribute to changing the expression of our genes. In part one, dietary factors will be discussed in detail. Part two will focus on the epigenetic impact of our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs. Emphasis will be given to how forgiveness or unforgiveness can trump or overpower diet and fitness thus powerfully effecting genetic expression. Additional lectures will cover lifestyle strategies for diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune disorders and cancer. The program will be video recorded.
